Mira Mesa Little League Game Day: Scorebook & Pitch Log Process
We will utilize Google Drive as our means of sharing the scorekeeping information after each game. Each scorekeeper will receive an “invitation” to a specific Google Drive folder (via the email you provided to your manager/team parent) where this information can be uploaded. If you do not already have the Google Drive app, you will need to download it from your app store on your mobile device.
After the end of each game, you will need to take pictures of the following two (3) items:
1. Your score sheet for your team (File Name Format: “Team/Manager Name - Date”)
2. Your score sheet for the opposing team (File Name Format: “Team/Manager Name - Date”)
Please upload these images in your shared Google Drive folder, using the following steps:
1. Open the Google Drive App
2. Navigate to the Scorekeeper Folder that was shared with you
3. Within that folder, click the “+” icon to add a new file
4. Click “Scan Document”
5. Take a picture of your team’s scorebook from the game
6. Click “Keep Scan”
7. Take a picture of the opposing team’s scorebook
8. After capturing both images, click “Save”
9. Under the “Name” Column - title the file using the following format
a. “MANAGER NAME - DATE”
